There is a change to the 2026-27 academic calendar for Boardman Local Schools.
As part of recent contract negotiations, two teacher workdays were removed from the school calendar. The Boardman Board of Education approved the resulting calendar changes at a special meeting on August 11.
As a result, two additional days off have been added for students and staff:
Monday, November 30 – No School; Thanksgiving Break extended by one day
Friday, April 23 – No School
